Business Developer

Role Overview

Workthere is looking for a driven Business Developer to join our flexible office advisory team with a primary focus on lead generation and relationship management. Workthere is part of Savills and comprises a website platform and brokerage that helps businesses find & secure flexible office space. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, ambitious, and be keen to join a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and chasing new business opportunities
  • Calling and booking meetings with potential clients
  • Building credible long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business
  • Hitting KPIs and working to targets
  • Maintaining CRM records on a daily basis
  • Keeping up to date with trends in the market
  • Networking within the wider business and referring opportunities across Savills (where applicable)

Key Skills

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience working in sales
  • Proven track record of hitting targets
  • Excellent communication skills including; written communication, telephone & interpersonal skills
  • Happy to work autonomously
  • Attention-to-detail and highly organised
  • Self-motivated, independent with a ‘can do' attitude
  • Problem solver, with a tendency to look for creative solutions
  • Pro-active / takes ownership of responsibilities
  • Confident networker
  • IT skills – Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel (full training will be given in respect of internal systems)
  • Experience in property is not necessary
