Litigation Lawyer (Solicitor or CILEX) - Margate - Leading Law firm!

This is asuperb opening for an experienced and intuitive Litigation Lawyer to join this widely respected and active Litigation team!

They are seeking a skilled Litigation professional (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) to support the team with regularly representing clients in disputes involving some or all of the following:
- Property law, including landlord and tenant.
- Employment law.
- Probate and Will disputes.
- Contracts.
- Boundary disputes.
- General commercial litigation.
- This rile will also involve frequently issuing court proceedings and attending court.
- You will also assist with the investigation and litigation of complex cases and in drafting court documents, witness statements and instructions to experts.
About you:
- They are seeking a professional with at least 3 years of more PQE.
- You will have a sound knowledge of litigation processes.
- Possess excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
- Operate with integrity, demonstrating empathy and intuition.
