The Role:
As the Head of Commercial Finance, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving the financial strategy, optimising performance, and supporting decision-making to deliver profitable growth. You will oversee the financial planning, analysis, and forecasting activities, partnering closely with various departments to provide insight, guidance, and challenge to ensure alignment with our business goals, by:
- Driving financial strategy and decision-making for business unit
- Leading cross-functional teams to optimise revenue and gross margin
- Delivering insightful financial analysis and recommendations to drive business performance
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial finance leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in driving gross margin improvements
- Expertise in financial analysis and business performance management
- Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant
This role offers hybrid working (2-3 days per week on site).
