We are actively seeking an experienced Debt Recovery professional for a large employer in Basildon who urgently seek a confident and assertive, resilient person who can liaise by telephone and email with individuals whose accounts have fallen into arrears.
In order to secure this much sought after role, you must have:
At least 6 months' experience of working in a debt recovery environment.
Up to date knowledge of relevant collections legislation and recovery procedures.
Strong numeracy and written skills with professional telephone manner
Ability to managing tight deadlines and working under pressure and prioritise workload
Ability to multi-task
Must have worked in a public facing role and have a clear, confident communication skills
Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and database management
DETAILS:
£13.00 - £16.00 ph.
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
