Our client, a luxury members' only clubs within the residential sector are seeking an Experienced Food and Beverage or Hospitality Manager for a breath-taking facility in South West London with Bar, Pool and Leisure facilities.
Suited to someone with previous experience in Hotels, Private Health Clubs or similar High-end environment, with an excellent eye for detail and able to provide the highest standard of service excellence.
About the Role:
As the F&B / Hospitality Manager at our client's development in South West London, you will be responsible for:
- Being the main point of contact for Residents regarding any club-related matters.
- Conducting new Residents' inductions.
- Overall responsibility for club operations.
- Delivering a high standard of service and customer care at all times.
- Directing, supervising, and motivating team members.
- Maximizing sales through efficient production and customer service while maintaining profitability.
- Managing the team to maximize customer flows and minimize wait times during busy summer months.
- Stock control and ordering.
- Reporting maintenance issues.
- Writing monthly management reports.
- Overseeing all club facilities calendar bookings.
- Developing and publishing promotions and club marketing updates.
- Attending monthly account meetings.
Your Experience:
- Working as a Bar or Hospitality Manager within a luxury setting.
- Providing outstanding service and care to customers.
- Adaptable team management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Thinking innovatively to maximize opportunities.
