Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and deliver individualised lesson plans that cater to the specific needs of each student.

  • Regularly assess and record student progress, adapting teaching methods to facilitate continuous development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working as an SEN Teacher or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEN strategies and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
