We Do Group are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator to work for a fun and evolving business based in the Guildford area.

If you are a looking for a hands on payroll opportunity where you can have an impact on the daily running of the business and work in a super culture, this role is for you. The business are going through an exciting transitional period so this role will be a perfect chance to make a change!

The Role

The successful payroll administrator will:

  • Responsible for payroll administration for 2 monthly payrolls, including starters, leavers and pay change
  • Enrol new starters into pension scheme
  • Work with the HR team to ensure accurate payroll processing activity
  • Assist with annual payroll activities, including p60s, p11ds and psa
  • Process monthly expense claims
  • Support employee benefits administration, including for pmi, dental, cycle to work and season ticket loans
  • Assist with hr and payroll projects

Your Profile

We are ideally looking for fun and fast paced payroller

  • 1+ years payroll experience.
  • Upbeat personality and willingness to learn
  • Can you work in Guildford at least three days a week.
