?? What will this role include? ??
- Prepare reports and materials to support the operations team
- Oversee assets and equipment, and coordinate meeting room arrangements
- Collaborate closely with the building team to manage building access
- Assist in onboarding new staff and setting up accounts
- Support accounting processes, including invoicing, expense reconciliation, and tracking outstanding payments
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including supplier management and procurement
?? The ideal candidate will have/be: ??
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Office, email, calendar management
- Advanced Excel skills and proven experience with bookkeeping software like Xero (or similar)
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and quick learning ability
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Experience in HR processes and legal documentation (preferred)
- Familiarity with quality management systems and international standards (preferred)
