What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the Finance Team and guide daily activities and inspire your team to excel
- Ownership of Ledgers - take full control of the AP and AR ledger, stock ledger, supplier statement reconciliation, and general ledger housekeeping.
- Maintain the company's fixed asset register with precision.
- Approve employee expense claims efficiently.
- Conduct daily bank reconciliations like a pro.
- Prepare Management Accounts and Balance Sheet reconciliations monthly.
- Develop and maintain robust financial policies and control systems.
- Keep product costings accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage cash flow with expertise.
- Handle payroll administration smoothly.
- Submit quarterly VAT returns flawlessly.
- Manage the yearly Statutory Audit and bi-annual stock takes.
- Provide valuable support to other departments whenever needed.
What You Need:
Qualification - AAT Level 4.
Sage Savvy - Experience with Sage 200 is essential.
Tech Skills - Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
