As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for
new seller enquiries. Your primary task will be to quickly and efficiently speak to all new enquiries, aiming to create as many qualified opportunities as possible for both businesses. Understanding the unique circumstances and requirements of each seller will be crucial in advising them on the best sales route and product offering.
This role requires excellent
communication skills, the ability to tailor pitches to individual needs, and the drive to excel in
a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial Contact: Quickly and efficiently handle all new enquiries from sellers.
- Qualification: Assess and qualify opportunities based on seller circumstances and
requirements.
- Advisory: Advise sellers on the best sales route based on their individual needs and
link this to the best suited product offering.
- Product Pitch: Effectively sell the different product offerings, tailoring pitches to
highlight relevant benefits for each seller.
- High Call Volume: Make 80-100 calls a day, ensuring every conversation is
maximised for potential opportunities.
- Customer Understanding: Quickly understand and empathise with the seller's
situation to provide the best possible advice and service.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential clients to nurture
and convert leads.
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Sales experience, particularly in a high-volume call setting, is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and advisory skills
- Ability to quickly understand and respond to client needs
- Ability to use empathy during conversations with clients
- Familiarity with the property market is a plus

The hours will be:
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm One in four Saturdays
Salary range will be: Basic salary of £26,000pa & £40.000pa OTE depending on experience.
28 days holiday pa including bank holidays.
