Cost Administrator
Please note this position is 5 days on site.
My Client are looking to recruit a Cost Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the team in general and accounts payable administration in their AVONMOUTH site
You will be:
- Processing invoices for payment approval, assigning GRN and resolving issues with accounts and suppliers
- Managing the internal cost system, recording and monitoring delivery notes, collection tickets, damage notifications
- Ensuring all materials delivered are recorded in timely manner in cost system through managing GRN's
- Assist in the general administration of the site and team
You will have:
- 1+ years experience working in an office administration position
- 1+ years working experience with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrable initiative in a professional environment
