Cost Administrator

My Client are looking to recruit a Cost Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the team in general and accounts payable administration in their AVONMOUTH site

You will be:

  • Processing invoices for payment approval, assigning GRN and resolving issues with accounts and suppliers
  • Managing the internal cost system, recording and monitoring delivery notes, collection tickets, damage notifications
  • Ensuring all materials delivered are recorded in timely manner in cost system through managing GRN's
  • Assist in the general administration of the site and team

You will have:

  • 1+ years experience working in an office administration position
  • 1+ years working experience with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrable initiative in a professional environment
