R13 Recruitment are working alongside a highly successful company in their search for a Remote Logistics & Operations Administrator. As a Logistics & Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for liaising between internal and external contacts to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the logistics side of the business.
This is a full time, permanent role working 12pm - 8pm, Monday to Friday, on a remote basis with occasional travel to London required. Please note, you must be based in Norfolk. The salary offered is up to £25,000.

The day to day
- Working closely with local, and international teams to ensure to smooth running of the logistic department.
- Processing orders, inputting into the internal ERP system, and checking customer and supplier details are correct.
- Maintaining and tracking orders to ensure deliveries are on time, and accurate records are kept.
- Supporting the logistics management team, as well as internal sales teams to maintain a high standard of service.
You will have/be
- Strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft applications, including Excel.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to input and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Proactive attitude, and willingness to assist in ad hoc tasks, as and when required.
