Administrator required to join our established client, supporting a small, busy and personable team. This position is paying an annual salary of £22,000 - £28,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm, with a 30 minute lunch break.

Long term development and progression is available, and the client is wanting a self-motivated candidate, with a "can do attitude". Organised, PC literate, with excellent communication, and a quick learner.

Duties:

  • Answer all incoming calls, taking detailed messages, forwarding to relevant team
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure cost-effective receipt of goods
  • Assist with arranging hotel bookings
  • Undertake departmental filing
  • Order stationary and other amenities
  • Compile manuals
  • Collect, open and distribute post
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Source company vehicles and ensure compliant checks are carried out
  • All other administrative tasks as required

Experience required:

  • Previous administration experience is beneficial
  • Office Coordinator experience is desirable
  • Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
