Description
As a Locum Residential Solicitor, you'll be responsible for managing a comprehensive residential property caseload. Your duties will include:
- Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
- Conducting due diligence, including title checks and searches
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
- Providing expert legal advice on all aspects of residential property law
Profile
The successful Locum Residential Solicitor will be:
- UK Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE in residential property law (or equivalent)
- Proven ability to manage a full residential caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment
Job Offer
