We are recruiting experienced HGV 1 Drivers for shunting at Southampton Docks.
General duties will include loading and unloading containers to be moved around Southampton docks. It will be advantageous if you have container experience. However, for already experienced HGV drivers, this should be easy to get used to and there is an assessment needed before any work can be offered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely maneuver containers within the dock area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements
- CE Licence - Held for at least 1 year.
- Proven experience as a Shunter Driver or similar role.
- Familiarity with port and terminal operations
- Maximum 6 points on driving licence
- No drink or drug-related conviction
Availability:
Days - Monday to Friday.
