Our client is looking for Class 1 HIAB Drivers to join their team in Halifax! Our client works with a network of stockists and local builders' merchants throughout the UK who stock a range of landscaping, garden patio and driveway .
Location: Halifax
Pay Rates:
Day Shifts: £17.31 per hour
Night Shifts: £26.20 per hour
Shift Pattern:
Monday - Friday, 11-hour shifts starting between 5am-6am
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Class 1 HIAB Driver to join our team in Halifax. This role involves operating a Class 1 vehicle equipped with a HIAB crane, delivering goods to various locations, and ensuring safe and efficient loading and unloading of materials. Key Responsibilities:
Driving and Deliveries:
- Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle with HIAB crane, ensuring timely deliveries to specified locations.
- Adhere to scheduled start times and complete full 11-hour shifts.
- Ensure all goods are delivered in perfect condition and within the allocated timeframes.
HIAB Operation:
- Operate the HIAB crane to load and unload goods safely, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Secure loads appropriately to prevent any damage during transit.
- Perform routine checks on the HIAB equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
