- Salary Range: £40,000 - £44,000 + electric van
- Static, large commercial site in Watford
- Monday - Friday - No call out
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out PPM's
- Carrying out Reactive and emergency breakdown
- electrical maintenance
- testing & fault finding
- air conditioning
- air handling units
- plumbing
- ventilation
- pumps
- switchgear
- cables
- batteries
- small power and lighting
Requirements:
- HVAC or Electrical/Mechanical qualifications
- 18th edition or 2391 Testing and Inspection desirable
- Clean driving license
- Presentable and clear communication
