Job Description:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) on a 1:1 or small group basis.
  • Collaborating with teachers to implement differentiated learning strategies.
  • Helping manage classroom behaviour and providing academic support.
  • Supporting students with their literacy, numeracy, and other key skills.
