I have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Associate to join the Development and Investment team in the Birmingham office of a Top 50 firm. My client are looking for ambitious team players with strong development and investment property experience to take on a high value and complex caseload consisting of real estate work across a variety of sectors.
The successful candidate can expect to work on work relating to:
- Development - public and private sector developer clients on residential, commercial and mixed use projects
- Investments - supporting large national investor clients on their projects; assistance concerning asset management, financing work, and acquisition and disposal strategies
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor (1-3 years PQE) to join and learn from one of the most respected property teams in the country whilst working on exciting and challenging matters.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
