My excellent client is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their well-established firm in Lanark, known for its strong community ties. This role offers long-term progression opportunities as part of their succession planning and is open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage a caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and executries.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and care.
  • Prepare and review legal documents related to the administration of estates and other private client services.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain the firm's reputation for excellence within the local community.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client and executries work.
  • Strong technical knowledge in all aspects of private client law.
  • Excellent client care skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters.
  • Proactive and able to work efficiently in an office environment.
