The Role:
As a Finance Assistant, you'll be a key part of our finance team, supporting the smooth operation of daily financial activities and ensuring accuracy across our financial records. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a creative setting, this role could be perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with payroll and staff expense claims
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
