Solihull, 2 days a week on-site

Up to £55,000 plus good benefits!

The Company:

Joining the 2nd largest banking group in Europe, going through a big transformation of driving data through internal teams. They are looking to bring in a Customer Insight Manager to drive this and focus on the analytics.

Reporting into the Head of Customer Insight and Analytics.

The Role:

As a Customer Insight Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Looking at the 'what' and 'why' of customer analytics
  • Working on predictive and prescriptive analytics
  • Managing a small team of analysts so managerial experience is desired
  • Using SQL/Python for hands-on analytics with customer data
  • Tracking and analysing customer journeys

Skills/Requirement:

  • Experience in the Banking industry
  • Management/ mentoring experience
  • SQL experience
  • Tableau experience is desired but open to other visualisation tools
  • SAS experience

2 Stage - 1.5 hour On-site Case Study and Competency questions
