About the Role:

As the Study Centre Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting with the operations and effectiveness of the study centre here at COPC. You will be aiding the team in ensuring that students have access to a range of resources, including books, computers and study materials. You will also be collaborating with the study centre team to roll out programs and services that support student learning and success. Additionally, you may also be involved in setting up for workshops or events and adhering to processes in order to enhance the overall learning experience within the college.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting of the day to day operations of the study centre
  • Supporting in the roll out of processes and guidelines for study centre operatives
  • Collaborate with academic staff to identify and address student learning needs and support academic programmes
  • Supporting in workshops, events and activities to promote student learning and engagement
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student success and academic achievement
