We're on the lookout for a Fluent German speaking HR professional who is available for a FTC (6 months initially with a strong possibility of extension). This is a hands on HR Admin role where you'll be expected to work through different HR projects.
Location: Remote in the UK with occasional travel when needed
Salary: £30-40k depending upon experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
Why we're recruiting?
Our client have various HR projects ongoing and need extra support to help with getting them to completion. This role will focus on HR projects for the Germany region initially, so we need someone able to speak and write German fluently.
What you'll be doing?
- Suporting the HRBP with day to day HR administrative duties
- Working on HR projects such as standardising employee contracts
- Looking at employee data such as annual leave and proactively highlighting process improvements
- HR Administration
- Liaising with HRBP and country managers
What we're looking for
- Fluent german speaker
- HR experience ideally (we will look at similar/relevant experience)
- Able to commit to a 6-12 month contract
- Excellent administration skills
- Strong communicator
