Minute Taker
Location: Hybrid. Successful candidate is expected to attend onsite meetings within Birchills Street, Walsall, West Midlands, WS2 8NF
Hourly Rate: £14.91 per hour with potential pay increase every financial year.
Working Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8.45am until 5.15pm with 1 hour lunch. Friday 8.45am until 4.45pm with 1 hour lunch.
Full time opportunity, 37 hours per week.
Temporary basis, 1 month initially with reviewal to extend a further 3 months.

Opus People Solutions, representing Walsall Council, is on the lookout for a Minute Taker in a temporary capacity.
Daily tasks will look like:
- Attend Child Protection Conferences and take minutes
- Input information / minutes onto our Mosaic system / distribute accordingly
- Taking calls from both professionals and Social Workers to book Case Conference.
- Minute taking at Child Protection Conferences where parents and other professional agencies attend.
What You Bring:
- Excellent minute-taking skills required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You've got an eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
- Proficient in calendar management.
- If you've got experience in a similar role, this would be beneficial!
