Role Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing the preparation and submission of tax returns for a diverse client base
- Providing expert tax advice on a range of matters, including personal tax, corporate tax, and VAT
- Developing and implementing tax planning strategies to optimise clients' tax positions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering proactive and responsive service
- Mentoring junior staff, sharing knowledge, and supporting their professional development
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, ensuring clients remain compliant

Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a tax-focused role, ideally within a reputable accountancy firm
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified, with a strong understanding of UK tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring or managing junior team members
