A top UK Law firm is looking to hire a new Senior HR Systems Analyston a permanent basis. The Team is responsible for the development of HR strategy in line with the Firm's strategy and business goals.
- Salary to £60,000 with excellent benefits

Key Responsibilities of the Senior HR Systems Analyst :
- To create, produce and assist in the production of reports and analysis of HR related management information
- As ‘go to' firm contact of core HR, payroll, benefits, and staff engagement systems, all HR Systems queries related to employee data, pay and benefits, diversity and inclusion/gender pay gap reporting and escalating as needed to the relevant HR Manager
- To support the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager and Senior Reward & Payroll Adviser with monthly payroll processes and benefits administration
Key Requirements of the Senior HR Systems Analyst :
- Previous experience as an HR Systems specialist with proven experience within a legal or professional services industry
- Previous experience with HR and Payroll systems and other hosted sites and portals
- Advanced user of MS Office applications Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong data presentation and analytical skills
