Quality Control Administrator
- Location: Kettering (Hybrid working available)
We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control and Legislation Administrator to ensure our products not only meet but exceed the highest standards of quality and legislative compliance. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for excellence and involves close collaboration with our quality control team and Managing Director.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Conduct routine quality checks on incoming raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures in collaboration with production and warehouse teams.
- Stay informed on industry regulations and standards to ensure product compliance.
- Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation for product registrations and certifications.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and certification agencies as required.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality control findings and compliance status.
- Maintain accurate and organised records of all quality control and regulatory activities.
- Assist in the preparation of product specifications and safety data sheets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Experience in quality control or regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
