A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join the conveyancing team at a top firm in Doncaster. This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for someone with previous conveyancing experience looking to further their career within a reputable law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support, including audio typing and document production
- Perform administrative tasks in a busy office environment
- Set up new client files and handle case management duties
- Manage diaries and handle telephone communications
- Conduct land registry searches and manage applications
- Correspond with clients, solicitors, brokers, and estate agents
- Prepare HMRC SDLT applications and assist with exchanges and completions
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a conveyancing assistant
- Strong IT and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Working Hours & Benefits:
- Full-time Conveyancing Assistant position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
