Office based: Luton
Remuneration: £22,000 - £26,000neg + performance related bonus
The role of the Sales Executive - Balustrades will involve:
- Sales Executive position selling a high quality range of glass and steel balustrades
- Selling to contractors, D&B contractors, architects, developers, landscapers, construction companies and also end users
- Managing and responding to all inbound enquiries via telephone and email
- Proactively chasing sales leads and generating new business
- Producing quotations and converting them
- Liaise with installers and surveyors to ensure projects are completed on time
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Average order value is £2,500 however order values can range to anywhere between £10,000 and £50,000
The ideal applicant will be a Sales Executive - Balustrades with:
- Must have sales experience, preferably within the construction industry
- Previous experience selling glass OR steel balustrades is highly advantageous, however not essential
- Must have a proven track record of driving sales and generating new business
- Excellent communication and customer service levels
- Must be a team player with strong relationship building skills
- Self-motivated, hungry, driven and ambitious
