We are currently looking for temp Receptionists for various clients based in Central London. Most of our clients are finance firms which are based in the West End. This is for short term cover with an average hourly rate of £14 hour. Previous corporate Reception experience is essential.
The role
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
- Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
- Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers
