Shift Patterns: 13:45 - 21:15, including alternative weekends

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Care Home Team Leader to join their team and make a difference in the lives of those they care for.
Role Overview:
As a Care Home Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the care team, providing leadership and support to deliver exceptional care to their residents. You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, coordinating care plans, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality personal care to residents.
- Administer medication safely and in accordance with care plans and policies.
- Communicate effectively with GPs, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care for residents.
- Assist in the planning and evaluation of care plans to meet the individual needs of residents.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
- Foster a supportive and positive environment for both residents and team members.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a residential dementia care setting.
- Medication trained and competent in administering medication.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including alternative weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A compassionate and caring attitude towards residents.
