Job Title: CNC Machine Operators

Well established engineering client is a leading sub-contract machining and clad welding facility. We specialize in supplying critical and complex components primarily to the global energy sector. With a team of over 50 highly skilled employees at our Glenrothes facility, we proudly serve a prestigious customer base with a high demand for our exceptional services.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our team. The successful candidates will be self-motivated professionals capable of working independently on large and complex parts. We have multiple positions available:
- CNC Turners (Mazak Controls)
- CNC Milling (Mazak Controls)
- CNC Horizontal Boring (Fanuc Controls)
Work Schedule:
These are full-time positions with various shift patterns:
- Dayshift: Monday to Thursday, 08:00-17:00 & Friday, 08:00-13:00 (39 hours)
- Nightshift: Monday to Thursday, 21:30-08:00 with a 07:00 finish on Friday morning (39 hours)
Core Responsibilities:
These roles are critical to our business, and only candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:
- Setting and operating CNC Machines
- Comprehensive understanding of CNC programming
- Strong grasp of quality requirements in facilities like KSW
- In-depth knowledge of high-value materials, including tools, speeds, and feeds
Given the complexity of our operations, these positions are suited to highly skilled operators who require minimal training.
