A beautiful Primary School located in the scenic town of Oxted, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and committed KS2 Teacher to become part of our thriving school community. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Design and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that inspire and challenge pupils within the KS2 curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback that supports their academic and personal growth.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and encourages pupils to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate lessons, activities, and school events.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to foster a supportive and collaborative school community.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and contribute to the school's ethos and success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A recognised teaching qualification and eligibility to teach in the UK.
  • A thorough understanding of the KS2 curriculum and current educational practices.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage pupils of varying abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and a proactive approach to learning new skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
