Management Accountant Opportunity - Fast-Growing Company in Gloucester

The role involves collaborating closely with key stakeholders, and you'll work primarily from the office to build strong, face-to-face relationships.
Your New Role:
Reporting to the Finance Director, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly consolidated and entity-level management accounts, along with ad-hoc board pack analysis.
- Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Managing the Fixed Asset Register, including updates for additions, disposals, and depreciation.
- Delivering accurate accruals and prepayments listings with supporting documentation.
- Establishing and managing the monthly intercompany reconciliation process.
- Posting journals to ensure a timely month-end close.
- Providing key support for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Conducting supplier statement reconciliations and recommending payments.
- Preparing payments for bank approval.
- Assisting in the preparation of short-term cash flow forecasts.
- Performing expense analysis and reporting as needed.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Qualified or studying towards ACCA, CIMA, or ACA
- Proven experience in preparing management accounts, cash flow forecasting, and costings
- Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail
