Job Summary:
As a Telephone Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, converting inquiries into sales, and providing excellent customer service. You will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound sales calls promptly and professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and product recommendations.
  • Convert inbound inquiries into sales by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our repair services, processes, and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Perform outbound and follow up calls aimed at converting leads into sales.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer objections, concerns and complaints and provide suitable resolutions.
  • Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our services.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
