Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding client service, with the customer always at the heart of everything you do.
- Onboard new clients efficiently and provide ongoing support to existing clients with their financial planning needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients, financial advisers, and paraplanners within the team.
- Manage client communications via phone, email, and other platforms.
- Contribute to team projects and help improve internal processes.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within a financial planning environment is essential.
- Knowledge of investment products such as ISAs, pensions, and bonds.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems.
