A global specialty insurance company is seeking a PMO Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with various group functions, ensuring alignment and consistency in vendor management, governance reporting, and financial analysis.

Job Summary:

  • As part of the Performance and Governance team, you will provide analytics, reporting, and expertise in Vendor Management, Governance Reporting, and Financial Analysis.
  • You will manage the performance of key vendor relationships, report on project adherence and progress, and manage organisational SLAs and controls for the broader IT & Operations function.
  • The role requires close collaboration with other team members and stakeholders across the enterprise, including Group Quality & Governance, Third Party Risk, UK and Group Legal, Procurement, Transformation, and Finance Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local and group teams to understand and evaluate functions and performance metrics.
  • Develop and manage reporting and SLA capabilities, ensuring accurate performance metrics and reporting for your assigned remit.
  • Implement and monitor a calendar for contract renewals, tracking progress to completion.
  • Manage a vendor governance process to cultivate a performance-driven culture with third parties and internally, utilising the third-party governance framework and tiering system.
  • Prepare Management Information decks and reports for governance meetings, ensuring adherence to corporate standards.
  • Consolidate, summarise, and independently validate reports from third parties for accuracy and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience as a PMO and with project management processes, specifically with Budget Planning.
  • Expertise in developing reporting and SLA metrics.
  • Experience with regulatory reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment at all levels of the organisation.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
