Inbound Customer Advisor £27,500 - Hybrid
My client based in Brackmills, are looking for experienced sales advisors to join their busy teams.
37.5hrs a week - Monday to Friday plus 1 Saturday in 3
The role
- Taking inbound calls from new and existing customers
- Customer services and updating contracts
- Following sales through from start to end
- Following all compliance guidelines
Experience
- Must have experience working within a busy contact centre
- Proven sales/customer service background
- Attention to detail
- Active listening
- Computer literate
