PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - UP TO £42K HOURLY EQUIVALENT - ASAP START DATE - COWLEY - ONSITE
Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a fantastic, family-feel business in Cowley that are looking for a full-time Payroll Administrator to join the team ASAP, to cover sick leave, for at least 3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing weekly and monthly payrolls for three operating companies.
- Review and amendment of the Duty Allocation System.
- Overseeing the shorts and overs for driving colleagues.
- Preparing periodic wages reports for the wider finance team, including journals to be uploaded to the finance system.
- Reporting finance KPIs for each operating company.
- Being first point of contact for payroll/pension queries and admin requests.
Requirements:
- Experience of preparing and processing weekly and monthly payroll.
- Keen eye and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Candidates must be immediately available or have a short notice period (1 week maximum).
