They are looking to recruit an Executive Support Manager to assist the MD and wider leadership team. You will be the heart of the team - crucial in the smooth running of the business. You will be tackling a myriad of different tasks and suis to support their organisational needs, helping the wider team deliver exceptional work for their clients.
You will be based out of their Nottingham Office where you will help create a vibrant, friendly working environment. However, there is some flexibility to work from home some of the time.
Your new role
You will be required to work autonomously to support the wider team, and at times act on only half an instruction. You will need to be comfortable with the freedom your given to roll your sleeves up and make the role your own.
It is crucial you are a team player and have a great work ethic and pride in your work.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have the ability to create new ideas and ways of working. You will have experience of improving systems and processes internally.
Great communicator - clear and concise written and verbal communication and able to build great relationships and be an exceptional teammate and partner to external contacts
Highly organised and able to prioritise to meet deadlines - it is a fast environment and requires someone who excels under pressure.
You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
You will be an experienced EA/Business Manager with a desire to succeed in your next role.
