We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work in a secondary school in Oxted starting September 2024.
This will be primarily working 1:1 with a year 10 student that has severe dyslexia, dyscalculia, and autism.
The successful candidate for this HLTA role should have experience working with children with autism and those that have severe dyslexia and dyscalculia.
Essential criteria:
- ideally an HLTA qualification or working towards
- at least 2 years' experience working within UK schools with children with SEN/Ds
- a current enhanced DBS to work with children, ideally on the update service if not, then be willing to apply for a new one
