  • *Role Overview:**

As a Legal Administrative Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the M&A legal team. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, tracking data, liaising with clients, and ensuring the seamless operation of the team's workload. This role is not a paralegal position, training contract, or an SQE route.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Assist the M&A legal team with administrative workload management.
  • Prioritise tasks based on client needs.
  • Maintain the internal ticketing system via Trello.
  • Identify and flag workload distribution issues to senior management.
  • Track data and manage deal codes, ensuring accurate records and timely client follow-up.
  • Act as a point of contact for colleagues, fostering effective communication.
  • Collaborate to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Organise and maintain documentation and correspondence.
  • *Essential Requirements:**
  • 2-3 years of experience in a legal administrative team, legal secretary, law firm, or project management role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience in a legal or private equity environment.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and processes.
  • *Work Environment:**

This full-time role offers a competitive salary and requires working Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm. Initially, the role demands four days a week in the office for comprehensive training and team engagement. Post-training, a hybrid model may be adopted. Preference is given to Manchester-based candidates or those willing to relocate.
