A world leader in safety systems is looking for a HR Administrator to provide administrative support to the Human Resources team in relation to the full employment cycle. You will be working from their office in Middlesbrough with the option of one day working from home once training is complete.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a HR Administrator your key duties will include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for the HR team, answering queries through calls and managing the HR email inbox
  • Supporting with monthly payroll
  • Maintaining and updating personnel records on the HR system
  • Providing general administration support to the HR department as required including telephone answering, scanning, photocopying and emails
  • Supporting with the recruitment process including managing applications, arranging interviews and responding to recruitment related queries
  • Producing daily and monthly reports such as KPI's and other HR measures
  • Providing administration for absence management including sickness and holidays, ensuring the correct absence process is followed and accurate information is recorded

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

To be considered for the HR Administration role, you must have:

  • Experience in a HR or Recruitment Administration or similar position
  • CIPD level 3 (or studying towards) is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate with experience of using databases to process information
