Job Title: Credit Controller Supervisor

Location: Newbury, West Berkshire

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time

Our client is currently seeking a talented and experienced Credit Controller Supervisor to join their team based in Newbury.

As the Credit Controller Supervisor, you will oversee a small team of two persons and be responsible for various duties to ensure efficient credit control operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively contacting clients to chase ageing debt through phone calls and emails.
  • Managing account follow-ups and collating all credits and refunds.
  • Ensuring timely transfer of debt to legal teams.
  • Updating the account system and maintaining accurate and timely communication records.
  • Generating monthly aged debt reports and performing account reconciliations.
  • Responding to emails within 24 hours and handling escalations.
  • Assisting with any ad-hoc tasks as required.

In return for your expertise and dedication, our client offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

The working hours for this position are Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, and Friday, 8am to 4.30pm, with a one-hour lunch break. You will also be entitled to 20 days of paid annual leave, plus bank holidays.
