Salt have exclusively partnered with a sustainable fashion brand based in East London. They have a fun proposition and an online community of over 1 million, which is continuously growing. They are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join the team and work closely with the Head of Brand to assist in conceptualising the brand strategy and growing brand awareness.
You will join a small but very talented and collaborative team who are passionate about sustainable fashion and manage one direct report (Social Media Coordinator). This is a great opportunity to support on full 360 marketing campaigns across all touchpoints, oversee the social platforms and content creation too.
The Role
- Support on 360 brand campaigns and generally just get involved in all areas.
- Assist in strategy development and management of organic social media, helping to support the Social Media Coordinator.
- Manage content pipeline for paid channels.
- Create content for all social channels, as well as some website campaigns and email (alongside in house team).
- Assist on large brand shoots.
- Assist on PR activities.
- Manage influencer network, including sourcing new options.
- Assist on brand events.
You
This is a great role for a 360 Brand Marketeer. They like ambitious, creative people who will buy into their brand concept and have a keen interest in sustainable fashion. You'll need:
- 3+ years' experience in a brand role, within a DTC brand.
- Experience working on a brand/accounts with a high social following.
- Experience creating and editing content.
- Some experience with/exposure to wider brand channels (PR, events, email etc).
- Strong writing skills.
