We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join our dynamic team in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in catering and hospitality, with at least four years of experience in a healthcare environment. This is a temporary role - Minimum of 4 weeks, predominantly office based. Working 5 days out of 7
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the catering team to deliver high-quality service in line with budget and service specifications.
- Oversee the daily operations of catering services, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Liaise with clients, demonstrating a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Continuously improve service delivery and manage financial performance.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all staff are trained and motivated.
Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualifications and strong IT skills.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
