Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day learning and development of pupils with SEMH needs.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to provide tailored support.
- Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils to boost confidence and engagement.
What We're Looking For:
