Learning and Development Advisor, 6 month FTC - Further Education - East London with hybrid working - c£31,000
This is a great role role for a Learning and Development Advisor to work for a growing Further Education College in a newly established function.
Reporting into the Learning and Development Manager you will help create a learning culture through the delivery of impactful Learning and Development interventions.
Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Supporting the implementation of iTrent LMS and associated learning and development processes
- Undertaking Training Needs Analysis
- Planning , delivering and sourcing a range of development interventions
- Collating and responding to development needs arising out of the College Performance Development Review process
You should be a Learning and Development Advisor or Learning Specialist with experience of the full learning lifecycle including Training Needs Analysis, learning delivery and evaluation. You also need to have experience of working with Learning management systems.
