Econorod Limited is seeking a full-time Administrator to join our team in Welwyn Garden City With based at our headquarters situated in a convenient location close to the M25 motorway. (AL7 1AY).

Role Description:

The Administrator will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers, identifying and escalating issues, and providing timely responses to inquiries. Working in a very friendly and happy environment.

The ideal candidate:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience in customer service or help desk support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM portals but not required as training will be provided
